The hotel is located in the north of the city, Westcliff, 15 minutes from the centre of Johannesburg. The hotel complex is built in a modern interpretation of the " Tuscan style " , on a high hill, consists of the 2nd and 3-story buildings which cascades go down. They're all surrounded by a great park with an exotic vegetation of 3 hectares. Hotel interests are a harmonious combination of African ethnographic style and old European traditions. There's an actor Peter Ustin and rock group U2 salads in the guest book. There's a health center at the hotel, there's two pools, a restaurant open.

At the Hotel 115, including 50 Luxury Rooms, 30 Luxury Business Rooms, 15 Junior Suites, 15 Studio Suites, 4 Luxury Suites, 1 Presidential Penthouse Suite. All rooms are customized individually, in modern fashion, specially selected furniture. The bathrooms are marbled. There are rooms for non-smokers.

Luxury Room (47 square metres) - many with veranda or balcony, with a view to beautiful gardens with fountains or one of the canvassed inner palaces of the hotel complex.
Luxury Business (47 square metres) - is located in a special " business wing " of the hotel, has a mini-good room, a balcony (approximately 5 square metres) or a veranda (about 7 square metres) with a view to the garden or basin.
Junior Suite (55 square metres) - with French windows or balcony seen in the northern premiers of Johannesburg; have mini-great.
Studio Suite (70 square metres) - have a separate bedroom and a living room, romantic ovals and harbor, balcony or terrace.
Luxury Suite (80 square metres) consists of a separate living room and a bedroom, a terrace with a view to green urban landscapes.
Presidential Penthouse Suite - 110 square metres, the largest hotel suite, has a simple terrace balcony with a view to the pool, Magaliesberg hills, 1 or 2 bedrooms (on request), a chimney-boat room, a marble lobby, a mini-kun bar, and possible palace services.
For guests, the restaurant La Belle Terrasse and Loggia, which serves European and local South African kitchens.
You can have dinner at another restaurant, The Conservatory.
