Elixir Spa is a sanctuary of relaxation where time slows down. Facilities include a black indoor pool with hydromassage and a water cannon, an open-air atrium relaxation loggia with external hydromassage, a hydromassage bathtub, a sauna, a fitness room with Technogym cardio equipment, 3 single and 2 double private massage rooms, a beauty salon and changing rooms. Body & Soul Elixir wellness programmes offer exfoliations, wraps, masks and targeted massages with natural ingredients, alongside special packages for families, groups and bachelor/bachelorette celebrations. The spa welcomes guests aged 16 and above; spa hours are 10:00–18:30, indoor gym 08:00–20:00.

 Open from sunrise to sunset, the new Beach Club embraces the beauty and energy of the Cretan coast — a coastal, natural-style space designed for full days outdoors, from sunbathing beneath gazebos and tamarind trees to yoga, watersports and relaxed moments by the water. Other activities on offer include watersports, tennis, beach volleyball and beach soccer.

The resort sits on Crete's longest beach. At its heart is a new poolscape of four overflowing pools in the bluest blue, with in-pool loungers looking out to the boundless sandy beach; one pool is heated in April, May and October. A separate indoor pool offers pure relaxation. Children enjoy dedicated water areas and a safe zero-entry pool. The brand-new Aqua Park (operating from July) adds waterslides and splash zones set in a garden of sunlounges.

A whole world awaits young guests: the Grecoland kids' club welcomes children aged 4 to 12 (open six days a week) — an organic garden, the Rising-Sphere mini kitchen, arts and crafts, games and adventures supervised by experienced staff. Age-based programmes include GrecoBaby (0–3) with baby equipment rental, GrecoKids (4–6) with crafts and water activities, GrecoJuniors (7–12) with sports, parties and water adventures, and GrecoTeens (13–17, mid-June to mid-September) with beach volleyball, beach soccer, tournaments and dancing. The new Aqua Park (operating from July) with waterslides and a zero-entry pool sits beside Grecoland. Children up to 12 dine free (kids' mini buffet 11:00–17:00), and in select room types and periods stay free as well. Babysitting services are available.

Labyrinth is the resort's signature main restaurant, dedicated to Cretan mythological heritage: Cretan Mediterranean cuisine, the finest local produce, and a lively culinary scene from morning until evening.

Sky Bar Restaurant is an elegant adults-only restaurant at the resort's highest point, offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, a refined à la carte menu, and premium cocktails.

Asiana is a journey through the flavors of the East: sushi and signature Asian dishes served à la carte every evening.

Trattoria is an Italian corner on the Cretan coast: homemade pasta, wood-fired pizza, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere in the evenings.

Kafenion is the heart of the resort's village square: traditional ouzo, raki, Greek coffee, and the legendary Cretan forty-herb tea "Saratadentri." Open 6:30 PM–10:30 PM.

Zythestiatorio — located in the atmospheric village square, celebrates the richness of Greek gastronomy with an exquisite à la carte menu. Open 6:30 PM–9:30 PM.

Agreco Farm Taverna — Cretan organic cuisine in the heart of the island: family recipes, a farm tour, and dinner featuring fresh produce from Agreco's own farm. Owner Mr. George personally introduces guests to the farm's history. Open from April to October, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM; dinner from 6:30 PM by reservation.

Bars: The resort boasts four bars with over 100 premium spirits, wines, signature cocktails, and freshly squeezed juices. Additional options include a Wine Library with a sommelier at the Labyrinth restaurant, a Patisserie with handcrafted chocolates and gelato, and an "All-Day Flavors" area for light snacks and drinks by the pool and beach.
