The luxurious Aman Venice hotel is located on the banks of the majestic Grand Canal in the historic district of San Polo. The hotel is a stone's throw from the sights of the Rialto Bridge and the Church of San Giacomo di Rialto. The small, elegant hotel occupies a 16th-century palazzo, which has its own rich history - the palace was built according to the design of the architect Gian Giacomo de Grigi for the noble Coccina family from Bergamo, and at the beginning of the 19th century the house was bought by two brothers Nicolo and Angelo Papadopoli-Aldobrandini, after which the palace was named Palazzo Papadopoli.

The designer Michelangelo Guggenheim worked on the decor of the main rooms. Later, the brothers bought two neighboring buildings for demolition, and in their place they laid out a wonderful garden, which is such a rarity for a city on water.

At Aman Venice, guests can see historical frescoes and stucco, entering the atmosphere of past centuries. The rooms and restaurant halls are decorated with ceiling paintings, fireplaces and sculptures from the Renaissance, and antique chandeliers. At the same time, the hotel guests can expect impeccable service and delicious dishes in the restaurant halls, which offer a panoramic view of the Grand Canal.
