World Gourmet Festival 2025:

From 22 to 28 September 2025, the legendary World Gourmet Festival returns to Anantara Siam Bangkok to celebrate its Silver Jubilee - the 25th edition of the festival, recognized as Asia's most important gastronomic event

What to expect from the anniversary season?

Featuring over 20 Michelin-starred chefs from the World’s 50 Best and Asia’s 50 Best, their cuisines reflect global trends and cultural diversity, including some debuting at the festival

For the first time in the festival’s history, the culinary offerings cover a wide price range (from THB 1,800 to THB 18,500) to attract not only gourmets but also those just starting their acquaintance with haute cuisine

The program includes three main night formats:

Gourmet Discovery — unique collaborations of chefs that will not be repeated;
Gourmet Encounters — a mix of local and international culinary talents;
Gourmet Icons — signature menus from world-renowned masters.

During the day, guests will enjoy master classes, wine and cocktail tastings, and the legendary 2am:dessertbar waffle-in by Janice Wong, one of Asia's finest pastry chefs whose desserts become true art objects.
