Basic requirements:
- Ability to work in a team;

- Experience in booking, selling, changing and returning air tickets;

Qualification requirements:
- Knowledge of booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo);
- IATA, TEST diplomas are welcome;

Your area of responsibility in the vacant position includes:
- documentation management (knowledge of office management programs; competent from all points of view in drafting business letters, papers, applications, contracts, orders, various reports, etc.;
- knowledge of spoken and written English at levels C1, C2 (Advanced, Proficient);
- conducting business correspondence in a foreign language; working with mail, preparing presentations);
- time management (drawing up and planning a schedule, prioritizing tasks, tracking meeting schedules; fixing tasks and reminding the manager about them, informing about deadlines, meetings, trips and other business events;
- online availability during non-working hours and the ability to independently resolve issues);
- organization of work events (optimal organization of the manager's working day;
- preparation of meetings, negotiations, conferences, presentations that require the participation of the manager; organization of business trips and personal trips;
- working as a deputy (functions of the second person) - to supervise individual business projects, be able to negotiate, act decisively, not be afraid to take responsibility;
- financial literacy;
- support of business contacts (be able to manage information flows, be aware of all events in the company, resolve any issues in the shortest possible time - and always with a positive result; greet the company's clients, maintain contact with them;
- travel support (organization of business and personal trips of the manager; control of partners and service services in other countries; monitoring prices and the ability to negotiate discounts and special conditions;
- management of the manager's personal affairs (personal support) - it is necessary to navigate in various luxury service areas - from restaurants to gifts;
- strong oral and written communication skills;
- above-average knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram;
- strong attention to detail;
