The hotel is located on the south-east coast of the island, on the coast of a quiet buoy, 2 kilometres west of the centre of Aya Napa (Ayia Napa). The hotel is in its own garden in 14 acres. The guests will need only a few minutes on foot to get to the white sand beach of Nissi (Nissi Beach), one of the most famous and beautiful in Cyprus. In the western part of the buoy, there is a small island (Greek "nissi " ) that can be found in a narrow sand. There are many restaurants and bars on the beach, and equipment is provided for various water sports.
The hotel is a set of small comfort buildings scattered around a large pool, designed in the form of lagoons, with decoration islands on which palms grow. It's the biggest pool of this kind in Europe.
