Hotel description
The hotel is located in the Schoemanshoek Karoo Valley, 12 kilometres from the centre of the city of Oudtsworth, an hour from George Airport. The old building used to be an afrikaans farm. The farm was built a hundred years ago, and since the 1950s, it was the house of a parish priest. In 1994, Heinz and Helen Meyer bought the building and tried to reconstruct its historical profile. The old walls and antiquities reflect the spirit of the quictorian times, and the base floors and high ceilings contribute to the design of " rural " simplicity. The variety of colours and the convenience of interriers is well matched with wall esstamps and a fine brush, creating an atmosphere of unusual luxury. Beautiful landscapes and straw farms make recreation here as close as possible to nature. There's a small house restaurant and a pool in the hotel.
The hotel is located 12 kilometres from the centre of the city of Oudtsworth and an hour away from George Airport.
