The hotel is located on the private island of Mustic, 28 kilometres south of Saint Vincent Island, a few minutes from the island ' s airstrip. There are villas of many world celebrities. Mustic is a private island that can be accessed on a boat or a plane (about an hour from Barbados). Initially, a coral warehouse and a sugar factory were located in the current hotel building. Oliver Messel's talented London designer carefully re-established many of the original features of Cotton House. After extensive reconstruction and expansion, the hotel was reopened on 15 December 2004. The complex consists of large white buildings in colonial style and separate cottages. Green lawn, tropical trees, flowing handicrafts, combined with old architecture, create a climate of calm and cozy. Numbers and bottches were furnished with fine furniture in the colonial era and are in Caribbean style. The main building is a lobby, restaurants and a bar where the guests gather for romantic candles with tables or large outer verandas. There are two restaurants, a pool, a SPA World Level Centre, tennis ships and a PADI submarine centre.
