The hotel has 377 rooms of different categories. The rooms are elegantly modern in style with Arabic décor and first-class natural materials. The balconies offer wonderful views of the snow-white strip of beaches and the azure Persian Gulf, or the picturesque golf course. An extra bed can be placed in rooms with a king-size bed only.
Superior Room: 55-65 m, consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed or two twin beds, a bathroom, a balcony overlooking the surrounding area and the golf course. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child (0-12 years old).
Superior Sea View Room: 55-60 m, consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed or two twin beds, a bathroom, a terrace overlooking the sea. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child (0-12 years old).
St. Regis Suite: 85 m, consists of a bedroom, a living area, a bathroom, a balcony overlooking the ocean. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child (0-12 years old).
Spa Suite: 165 m + 42 m terrace, made in three styles: Thai, Moroccan, modern, the room consists of a bedroom, a living area, a dining area, a spacious bathroom with a spa area and a Jacuzzi, a terrace. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child (0-12 years old).
Ocean Suite: 105-170 m + 25 m balcony, consists of 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, bathroom, balcony with extraordinary ocean views. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child (0-12 years old), 4 adults + 2 children in a two bedroom room.
Majestic Suite: 207 m + 60 m terrace, consists of 2 bedrooms (one has a king-size bed, the other has two twin beds), a living room, a dining area, a bathroom, a spacious terrace with an extraordinary ocean view. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 2 children up to 12 years old.
Royal Suite: 2100 m. Luxurious and sophisticated duplex room, located on the top floors of the hotel's west wing. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with a Steinway piano, a dining room, an office, a mini-cinema, a games room equipped with a pool table, a sauna, a spa treatment room. In the outdoor pool area with a spacious terrace, a bar and comfortable seating, you can fully enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the bay. Butler service is provided.
