Villa Levanta is an elegant and luxurious seafront villa with direct beach access and a private dock. The villa occupies three levels plus a separate courtyard suite with its own entrance.
The basement/lower level features one en-suite bedroom, an entertainment area (cinema room), a fitness room, and utility rooms.
The main floor features a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Several bedrooms, all en-suite, many with access to a terrace or garden, are located on the upper floor.
The master suite overlooks the sea and pool, and features a balcony/terrace.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, en-suite baths or showers, private terraces or Juliet balconies, and views of either the sea or the garden and pool.
The villa is located on the beach, with a private dock and direct access to the sea. It's close to Avlaki Beach and close to waterfront tavernas. The villa is approximately 50 minutes' drive from Corfu Airport. The villages of Kassiopi and St. Stephano are just a short drive away.
