Where to listen to Adele, Muse, Radiohead, Air, U2, The Rolling Stones, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Chemical Brothers, The Kills, Massive Attack and meet Kendall Jenner and Kate Moss: music festivals in summer 2016 deserve separate travels.
Primavera Sound, Barcelona, Spain, 2-4 June
Unlike many other festivals, Primavera Sound is not in the park, but in the Forum site. Every year there are stars of modern alternative and electronic music. Parklife Weekender, Manchester, United Kingdom, 11-12 June
The musical weekend Parklife Weekender runs every year in the largest city park in Europe, Hiton in Manchester. For the first time, an EXIT on the Danube River was organized in 2000 by Serbian students as a protest against the Slobodan Milosevic regime. Festival was so successful, decided to spend every year. Initially, alternative music was the main focus, but now the rockers, electronics, drama-n-bace, jazz, hevi-methal, dab-step, techno, punk, hip-hop and pop music. Tomorrowland, Bum, Belgium, 22 - 24 July
One of the largest electronic music festivals Tomorrowland since 2012 receives the International Dance Music Prize every year as the " best musical event " by circling Coachella, Ultra Music Festival and Burning Man.
