The PARK3020 modern sculpture is invited to an updated exhibit on its first anniversary.

On 12 September 2020, PARK3020 began work, the first public park of modern sculpture in Ukraine. On 12 September 2021, an updated exhibition will be opened on the occasion of the first anniversary of the park.

3020 is the symbolic date of the establishment of the park and, at the same time, the ambition of development for years. Now among the PARK3020 exponents, the work of Nazar Bilyk, Anna Zvroginci, Alexei Zolotareva, Anton Logova, Anna Naduda, Bogdan Tomasev and other Ukrainian artists, and the sculpators. International cultural exchange is also an important component of the park ' s work.

Over the first year of operation, more than 1,000 guided tours and 30 sculpture projects were installed in the park. Its total area is over 16 hectares.

The director of the Katya Taylor Project notes: " All of the year PARK3020 became an important station for Ukrainian artists on the way to a career in art in public space. It's not just a landscape where sculptures are located. It's an opportunity tramplin. It is here that the most bold and vast authoritative ideas can be realized. "

As of 12 September, an updated PARK3020 exhibit will be opened for a visit. Among the new exhibits are the work of the first Ukrainian sculpture festival Kyiv Sculpture Project, which took place in the Kiev Botanical Garden in 2012. These are the sculptures of Jeanne Kadirov, Stepana Ryabchenko and the Ukrainian-Israeli GREVIS group.

A new space of PARK3020 will be opened with a series of works of sculptor Alexandre Sujolit. They combine bronze archaic with the monumentality of stone, and the sculptor acts as a philosopher who inspires the matter through his own perception, giving it new meaning.

Work will also be presented from the artistic glazing created by Professor Andrei Bokoteem, academy of the National Arts Academy of Ukraine, and the work of the French-Slovak artist Jan Zorica, who also works with glass and creates sculptures using optical illusions.
