The coastal city of Nyachang in Khan Hoa province in Central Viet Nam is located on the trans-Viet Nam highway more than 1,000 kilometres from Khana and less than five hundred from Ho Chi Minh. Nyachang ranks twenty-ninth on the most beautiful bays of the world. This decision was taken at the next meeting of the Club of the World ' s most beautiful Gulfs, which was held once again in Canada. This place has been known in Indochita since the beginning of the twentieth century as the most beautiful naval resort and science center. It is the only institution in Viet Nam that has close links with Russian colleagues.
