Day 1 October 07, 2025

Arrival in Tanzania via Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Meet the driver who will help with luggage and take you to the hotel in a Toyota Alphard (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water).
Transfer to the Legendary Lodge hotel, located on a coffee plantation overlooking Mount Meru. Accommodation in a cottage with a garden view (double room with one bed, full board).
Relaxation at the hotel: swimming pool, spa, dinner at the restaurant.
Preparation for climbing Kilimanjaro along the Lemosho route.
Route description: the ascent begins at an altitude of 3500 m, passing through 5 climatic zones - from the tropics to glaciers. The ascent does not require mountaineering experience, but is recommended for those who have already been in the mountains during the year.
In the evening, a briefing with guides - discussion of the route and preparation for the start of the expedition.


Day 2 08 October 2025

First day of the expedition – Moram Barrier Gate > Shira 2 Camp

  • Morning: meet your guide and team at the hotel. Professional guides are WFR certified and have 7+ years of experience.
  • Transfer (3-4 hours) to the western entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park – Londorossi Gate.
  • Registration and obtaining permits, then high-altitude transfer to 3500 m.
  • Trekking (5 hours, 11.8 km) to Shira 2 Camp (3850 m) – moderate altitude gain, beginning of acclimatization.
  • Adaptation tips: avoid caffeine and alcohol, drink 3-4 liters of water, take Diamox if necessary.
  • Temperature: 7°C during the day, -2°C at night.
  • Night in the camp: symptoms of altitude sickness are possible, careful monitoring of your health is recommended.


Day 3 October 09, 2025

Second day of the expedition – Shira 2 Camp > Barranco Camp

  • Morning: breakfast, departure from Shira 2 Camp (3850 m).
  • Ascent to Lava Tower (4600 m) – an important point on the route for acclimatization, symptoms of altitude sickness are possible. Stop for lunch (1-2 hours).
  • Descent to Barranco Camp (3900 m) – stunning views of the famous Barranco Wall, which you will have to overcome the next day.
  • Distance: 10 km, travel time: about 6 hours.
  • Temperature: daytime 7°C, nighttime -2°C.
  • Moon phase: full moon.

Day 4 October 10, 2025

The third day of the expedition – Barranco Camp > Karanga Camp

  • Early rise, breakfast, departure to climb the Barranco wall (about 1 hour, it is recommended to start earlier than other groups).
  • Rest after the ascent, the opportunity to take photos with a view of the Kibo volcano.
  • Trekking to Karanga Camp (3995 m) is a difficult section with alternating descents and ascents.
  • Arrival at the camp, hot lunch, rest.
  • Acclimatization hike to Barafu Camp (+200 m), then descent back to Karanga Camp – an important stage of preparation for the final ascent.
  • Distance: 6 km, travel time: 4 hours.
  • Temperature: daytime 7°C, nighttime -2°C.
  • Moon phase: full moon.

Day 5 October 11, 2025

Day 4 of the expedition – Karanga Camp > Barafu Camp

  • Morning: breakfast, start of ascent to Barafu Camp (4673 m), preparation for night assault on Uhuru Peak (5895 m).
  • Arrival to Barafu Camp, rest, tents and sleeping bags prepared in advance.
  • Acclimatization hike to the intermediate assault camp Kosovo, descent back to Barafu.
  • Hot dinner, rest and preparation for the night ascent.
  • Distance: 4 km, travel time: 4 hours.
  • Temperature: daytime 1°C, nighttime -8°C.
  • Moon phase: full moon.

Night assault on the summit – Uhuru Peak (5895 m)

Start of the ascent at midnight to reach the summit by dawn.
Ascent along the slope, then trek along the edge of the crater to Uhuru Peak (5895 m) – the highest point in Africa.
Accompaniment of guides and high-altitude porters (ratio 1:1), assistance with backpacks, health monitoring.
Hot tea, first aid kits, oxygen cylinders from guides for the safety of participants.
At the summit (30-40 minutes) – sunrise, memorable photos, panoramic view of the glaciers.
If desired – descent into the crater and walk to the glaciers, which acquire a peach hue at dawn.

Day 6 October 12, 2025

Fifth day of the expedition – Barafu Camp > Uhuru Peak > Millennium Camp

  • Night exit from Barafu Camp, assault on Uhuru Peak (5895 m).
  • Technically simple ascent, but difficult due to the altitude. Each guide accompanies 2 participants, monitoring their condition.
  • At the summit – a short rest, photos, optional descent to the nearest glacier.
  • Return to Barafu camp, 2-hour rest.
  • Continuation of descent to Millennium camp (3950 m).
  • Attention on the descent! Most injuries occur here.
  • Distance: 14 km, travel time: 13 hours.
  • Temperature: -8°C during the day, -17°C at night.
  • Moon phase: full moon.

Day 7 October 13, 2025

Day 6 of the expedition – Millennium Camp > Mweka Gate

  • Morning: Breakfast, descent through the rainforest to Mweka Gate (1640 m). Along the way you can see monkeys and wild animals.
  • Reaching the exit from Kilimanjaro National Park, final team meeting, congratulations.
  • Transfer to the Legendary Lodge hotel, where the guides will present memorable certificates.
  • Distance: 13 km, travel time: 5 hours.
  • Temperature: daytime 7°C, nighttime -2°C.
  • Moon phase: full moon

Day 8 October 14, 2025

Rest day at Legendary Lodge
A full day of relaxation at the hotel after climbing Kilimanjaro.
The opportunity to enjoy the comfort of a cottage with a view of the garden, delicious cuisine and excellent wine.

Day 9 October 15, 2025

Safari - Tarangire National Park

  • Morning: departure to Tarangire National Park, one of the most picturesque places in Tanzania.
  • Watching wildlife: giraffes, zebras, antelopes, buffalos, lions.

In the dry season (June-October, December-March) you can see large herds of elephants that come close to cars.
Scenic panoramas and century-old baobabs, of which there are more in the park than anywhere else in Africa.

A hotel in the Ngorongoro caldera, in the center of a unique ecosystem.
Rooms with panoramic views of the crater, king-size beds, cosmetics based on local ingredients.

Day 10 October 16, 2025

Safari - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

  • Early departure to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, located in the crater of an ancient volcano.
  • Panoramic stop on the descent into the crater with stunning views.
  • Wildlife watching: elephants, buffalo, antelopes, lions, cheetahs, zebras and rare rhinos.
  • There are no giraffes in Ngorongoro - they cannot descend into the crater due to the structure of their legs.
  • Stop for a picnic at Lake Magadi, where hippos live.

Be careful with kites - they may try to steal food, but they are not dangerous.
Ngorongoro is a UNESCO site due to its rich flora and fauna
