The town of Opua, based at the end of the 1800s, has less than 1,000 inhabitants. But there's a school here, a post office, a yacht, a big dock, a yacht club, and a nice restaurant on the juices in the water and a store where you can buy almost everything from fresh-brushed croissants to fishing hooks, wine and beer.

To live, The Boathouse offers two elegant and stylish apartheids equipped with modern conveniences built in 2003 and fully above water in the heart of the city of Opua. Apartments are decorated with taste, with great attention to all the details, and cozy furniture. Apartments open inexorable species to Bay of Islands, Waitangi, Black Rocks and surrounding nature.
Apartments include a cozy living area, including balconies, a space of 142 square metres, a simple salon, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a mebled terrace with barbecue facilities.

Bay of Islands is a world-famous place for active recreation. Guests are provided with excellent opportunities for diving, snorkling, sailing, water skiing, kayaking, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, nordical walking, mountain bicycle, and can be jumped with parachute etc. In addition, tennis carts may be visited in Russell and the Golf Club in Waitangi.
