The Taste the Stars proposal in Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo includes a menu of five dishes that the chef inspired the greatness of the solar system.
If you've ever dreamed of becoming a cosmonaut and being in outer space, you'd have to try the taste the Stars, available on the open terrace of the resort. Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayowhere you can enjoy the view of the star sky in combination with the cook chef's maiden necks. The tensile menu of five dishes is accompanied by a fascinating story about astronomy.
The Taste the Stars menu emerged from the joint work of the hotel chef team led by Chief Mario Alcocer (Mario Alcocer) and Costa Rican astronaut Franklin Chang-Dias (Franklin Chang-Diaz). For his 20-year career in NASA, Mr. Chang Diaz established a world record on space flights. When he was in space seven times, he was better able to understand the nutritional and life patterns in orbit than anyone. In working on the new menu, the main factors for it were ignorance, extreme temperatures and darkness.
" The feelings you feel in space cannot be overlooked " , he tells Mr. Chang Diaz. " Together with the Four Seasons Resort Costa Rican chefs, we have created a unique gastronomical adventure that will allow resort guests to touch the unusual sense of space without leaving the Earth. And I can't imagine a better place for dinner under the star sky than Costa Rica.
Among the exclusive ingredients found in the Taste menu, the Stars, the Meteorito wine created by the astronomer and the Yan Hutcheon vineyard (Ian Hutcheon) from the Chilean observatory Centro Astrononomica Tagua Tagua Tagua Tagua Tagua. The taste of this wine was improved and enriched by a meteorite fragment, aged 4.5 billion years, which fell into the Chilean desert about 6,000 years ago. This wine was used in the preparation of a saturated and delicious sauce to veal, a fourth dish in the Taste Menu of Taste the Stars of the Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica Hotel.

Big Bang Theory: Enjoy Keith's constellation during the first meal. Gaspaccio with ham, muscular melon and watermelon is a real sun with bright flasks of taste.
(Universe): A meeting with the Colombian shuttle during the second dish is the sashimi from the red berick with the Ponzu sauce with the Halapeno, the light coconut, the jean-tonic cocktail and the lime flesh.
Rockets: See Hydra's constellation, enjoying the third dishes, a potato of confisc with a towel, a spark on a grill and aioli with a white truffle and a carrots lava.
Solar Effect: Lion's constellation and the main meal is fried from shrimp, lobster and beef with wine sauce (produced from fermental cabbage, tomatoes of berries, young vegetables on grill and Berblan sauce).
(Milky Way): You enjoy the species of the Ryb constellation during the dessert "Satourne of White Chocolate with Fistachots with a gintonic in the center, with chocolate and mango asteroids."
