JW Marriott Mauritius becomes The St. Regis Le Morne Resort
We are pleased to share with you some exciting news from one of Mauritius’ most exquisite resorts, JW Marriott Mauritius.
The hotel has recently undergone significant upgrades, including:
- Multi-million dollar investment in the resort’s infrastructure
- Opening of La Pâtisserie, a new bakery offering an island ambience, handcrafted pastries and signature coffee
- Expanding the team to enhance service
- Receiving prestigious Forbes Travel Guide awards and other international recognitions
- Being named one of the top 10 resorts in Mauritius by TripAdvisor and other reputable platforms
As part of the refresh, the resort is pleased to announce that effective May 6, 2025, it will be rebranded as The St. Regis Le Morne Resort, Mauritius. The transition to the St. Regis brand will be completed in 2025. St. Regis reflects a strategic rethink of the hotel’s positioning, reflecting the high demand for luxury holidays in Mauritius.
The hotel will continue to operate at full capacity. All existing reservations will remain valid, and guests will receive additional benefits – enhanced service, the legendary St. Regis butler service, and new exquisite experiences at no extra cost.
