Rovin is a city in Croatia, on the west coast of the Easter peninsula.

The old city of Rovina is located on a Peninsula similar to a drip, centred on a cafeteria. There are a lot of small islands in the sea around the Peninsula, where the city has a great panic. The new part of the city is stretched along the coast north and south of the peninsula.

The rank of the most romantic city of Croatia can be boldly assigned to rovinia. He is often referred to as the " North Pearl Croatia " . One day, the father of the modern science fiction of Jules Vern, in search of unique places for his novels, chose Rovin. His narrows, places of great upside-down and fabulous architectural image with the walls down at sea, resembles the fairy tale and fascinates at first sight. Rovin combines the eternity of Rome, Venice and Mediterranean charm. Rovina's walk is immersion. The City Ratusch, Church of St. Efimiy, St. Trinity, French monastery, with his specific smell of old manuscripts, city museums and watch, are the main features of this city. Rovin's on his own museum, and his streets have a long history. His coast is very vivid, thanks to the 22 islands that give special colony to these places.

Play. The little beaches are wet. The meters are going to start a big rock in five after the sea entrance, but you can go to the sea. There's a little bottle to swim with kids. The following is a panorama photograph of the beach. It is also possible to bathe from rocks that can reach 20 minutes from Eden, Montauro and Park. Rovinia's liver can't brag about developed infrastructure (bars, restaurants, showers, playgrounds), but this is compensated by the extraordinary beauty of nature and species to the old city with the surrounding islands. There are several Nudist beaches in the Rovinya area.

Entertainment. After the opening of the Monvi entertainment centre in the summer of 2003, Rovin may be one of the most fun places on the coast (on the features of night life in Croatia, read the introductory text on page 8). Several

The cocktail bars, the Mexican gambling restaurant, the Italian pizza, the nightclub and the open concert hall are always waiting for their visitors. It is worth noting that at the beginning and end of the Monvi season, it is not regular (disseminate information from our managers).

Restaurants. There are many restaurants in town. Advising a good institution will always help our representatives.

Great features. The existence of an excellent natural park called ZLATNI RAT, which would give true pleasure to the price of beauty and nature. I should like to take this opportunity to look at the beautiful island of Rovina by ordering a one-day boat tour or a walk on a boat.

Rovinj Tour - A Romantic City in Croatia

Rovinj is a small but extremely picturesque city on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, located on the Istrian Peninsula. Its unique atmosphere, narrow streets, ancient buildings and picturesque views of the sea make it one of the most romantic places in the country. Rovinj was founded as a fishing village, and still retains this special charm, despite its popularity among tourists.

The main feature of Rovinj is its old town, which rises on a hill and is surrounded by fortified walls. The unique landscape of Rovinj is the red tiled roofs of houses scattered along the stone streets leading to the main attraction of the city - the Church of St. Euphemia. Along the coastline there are cozy cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy seafood delicacies and magnificent sunsets.

Rovinj attracts not only with its architecture, but also with the sea. This is one of the best places in Croatia for swimming, diving and sailing. The mild climate, clear waters of the Adriatic and many islets make this city ideal for a beach holiday and active tourism.

City attractions

Rovinj offers many interesting places to visit. The main attraction of the city is the Church of St. Euphemia, which towers over the old town. Built in the 18th century, it is the largest Baroque church in Istria. The church tower offers a breathtaking view of the city and the coast. It is believed that the relics of St. Euphemia, a Christian martyr who is the patron saint of the city, are buried inside the church.

Walking around the old town, you can see many historical buildings that reflect the influence of Venetian architecture. Rovinj has preserved ancient city gates, such as the Gate of St. Benedict and the Gate of the Holy Cross, which were part of the city's defensive system.

Nature lovers can visit the Island of St. Catherine, which is located just off the coast of Rovinj. This green oasis is famous for its landscapes and panoramic views of the city and the Adriatic Sea. The island is ideal for quiet walks and picnics.

Also don't miss the Rovinj Aquarium, one of the oldest in Europe. Here you can see the rich marine fauna of the Adriatic, which is especially interesting for children and lovers of the underwater world.

Another must-see place is the Zlatni Rt Forest Park, which is located in the vicinity of Rovinj. This is a unique nature park with pine forests, picturesque bays and rocky beaches. The park is great for hiking, cycling, and swimming in secluded places.

Holidays in Croatia Rovinj - what tourists need to know

Before traveling to Rovinj, tourists need to consider several things. Firstly, citizens of most countries need a visa to enter Croatia. The visa process is usually straightforward, but it is best to start preparing early to avoid delays.

The official currency of Croatia is the Croatian kuna (HRK). Tourists can exchange currency at banks or exchange offices, which are located in most tourist areas. ATMs are also widely available, and many restaurants and shops accept credit cards.

The best time to visit Rovinj is during the summer season, which lasts from June to September. This is when the weather is warmest, and the water temperature in the Adriatic Sea reaches a comfortable +25°C. However, it is worth considering that summer is also the peak tourist season, so beaches and popular attractions can be crowded.

The culture of Rovinj, like that of the rest of Istria, is a mixture of Croatian and Italian influences, which is especially noticeable in the local cuisine and architecture. Many locals speak both Croatian and Italian, making Rovinj especially attractive to Italian tourists. The culture of hospitality is highly valued here, and tourists can expect a warm welcome.

It is also worth noting that cycling and water sports are popular in Rovinj. The city and its surroundings offer many cycling routes, as well as opportunities for swimming, kayaking and diving.

Cost of a trip to Rovinj

The cost of a trip to Rovinj depends on your budget and preferences. Entrance fees to museums and other attractions are relatively inexpensive. For example, a visit to the Church of St. Euphemia and climbing the bell tower will cost about 20-30 kuna (about 3-4 euros). Entrance to the Rovinj Aquarium costs about 40 kuna (about 5 euros).

The average bill in restaurants depends on the level of the establishment. A lunch at an inexpensive cafe will cost around 50-70 kuna (7-10 euros) per person, while a dinner at a mid-range restaurant with seafood and wine can cost from 150 kuna (20 euros) and up.

You should also consider the cost of transportation. Renting a bicycle will cost around 50 kuna (around 7 euros) per day, and if you decide to go on a boat trip or rent a kayak, prices can range from 100 to 300 kuna (13–40 euros).

Additional costs include accommodation in hotels, hostels or apartments. Hotel prices in Rovinj start from 60 euros per night, while renting an apartment can be a more affordable alternative.
