Holidays in Villars
The resort town of Villars is nestled in the Alps at an altitude of 1,300 meters above sea level. Situated on a southern terrace, the town is part of the Villars-sur-Ollon resort area, offering guests breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Mont Blanc massif. Together with the town of Gryon to the east, they form the resort town of Villars-Gryon.
What makes Villars a popular destination?
The resort offers guests access to two ski areas: Villars/Breteil and Gryon, and also offers access to Les Diablerets. The resort boasts a total of 125 km of groomed slopes and 44 ski lifts.
A holiday in Villars also offers three snow parks, entertainment, and schools for children. The area also boasts an 18-hole golf course, the starting point for many hiking trails, a salt mine, Les Diablerets (Glacier 3000), and several secluded, picturesque lakes.
Villars offers two ski seasons a year!
Thanks to its close proximity and easy access to the Diablerets glacier, the resort offers two ski seasons a year: from late September to April and from mid-June to mid-August.
